Where we ship
GalaxyMart currently offers delivery within Australia. Delivery availability for a particular address is shown at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are processed by GalaxyMart and our supplier partners. Processing and dispatch time can vary by product, supplier and stock availability. If there is an unexpected issue with availability, we will contact you about the next available option.

Delivery estimates and charges
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown on the product page or at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery estimates are guides only and may change because of carrier delays, weather, peak periods or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and split deliveries
When tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times if they are supplied from different locations.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
